Home Sweet Home

We were finally approved for a home, we just need to conduct the home inspection to make sure nothing major is wrong with the house and we should be go. I am just slightly worried about the fact that the pipes in the house must be old, I hope we don't need to replace them.

This is part one of my major plan, get this house, fix it up a little and move on to other large expenses. The goal is here to pay rent to myself aka a mortgage and eventually have it paid off. By the time the house is paid off I can siphon the rest of my income to savings for retirement and more.

The next big things are:

• Getting married (10K or more)
• Get new car (trade in + 5K or so)
• Get the wifey new car (trade in + 10K or so)
• Pay off student loans (after doing the above, I project two years max I can get the whole thing paid off)
• Everything else - live life a little easier - save money
• Spot my mom who always needs help paying for shit
