I have bad news for some of you out there. There is no realistic way to cheat on your diet or on what you are inputting into your body. This goes along the same lines as magical dieting pills, they don't exist. Pills that make your metabolism move on its own is called legalized crack or speed. It isn't good for you unless you have hypothyroidism like me and I don't pop pills. I might have to soon, but like I said that is for special cases, my body doesn't produce enough hormones for my body to process fat or metabolise as it should.
So all that brings me to this point: please don't buy into any product where the main selling point is, "it is good for you because we said so."
Products like this: Smart Balance Butter
I don't care that it is not saturated fat, it is still fat. It doesn't give you a free pass to keep slathering it on things. Don't be stupid there is no such thing as a free pass when it comes to dieting.
Dieting is all about calorie accounting, you have X to spend in a day, if you go over X you will become fatter if you do not expend it through exercise.
