I have been having a total lack of energy when I get home lately, it really has been annoying because I can't get anything done even though I really would like to.
I have been looking for a boxing gym to get into shape or something anything that is better than me currently doing nothing. I try to go walking, but you can only go walking so much. I am thinking about getting my bike back from my buddy who borrowed it, but he claims he is going to start training for a *athalon, I don't know which kind hence the *.
I know that I cannot get into shape because I require a purpose or point to my working out. So I know that boxing will get me there. If that doesn't work I will look into a personal trainer.
I can't breath well either, when I wake up I feel drugged, not consistently but often enough.
