Running from the Truth

For some reason humans think that they are not a part of or have anything to do with the animal kingdom. The feeling I get is that we are Aliens that landed on earth and just happened to stumble across all these other animals. Then we put them in categories and don't mind admitting that we are at the top of the food chain. We can kill and eat everything if we choose to do so because humans, unlike animals are the smartest beings on earth. We just happened to evolve that way and for those of you that believe in god, we evolved that way...intelligently?
On to the point, people like to ignore that fact that people/humans are still animals. We all eat, shit and fuck like animals, we just happen to pass information along to later generations properly so the learning and re-learning process is far better. That is why humans are always making progress, we sometimes learn from our mistakes and happen to pass knowledge along where convenient (except for Republicans who think we shouldn't educate anyone).

Humans like to ignore the following issues:

1. Retards and the mentally broken should die off, they aren't useful and just make everyone miserable.
2. There needs to be Humans population control, too many people plus too few resources equals disaster.
3. We are still tribal whether we want to accept it or not
4. There are different human breeds that require different diets and environments

Doctors and nutrition experts are WRONG about the BMI and other pigeon hole philosophies. You cannot take every human and say, you must be this weight. It is not logical and here are my two examples:

A. Cats have different breeds, diets, sizes, weights and environments
B. Dogs have different breeds, diets, sizes, weights and environments

So why would we be willing to accept that cats and dogs have these thing in common, but humans don't?

I have been going to the gym for over 4 months now. I have figured out the difference between people who look cut and buff, but aren't vs. The people who are not cut and buff, but much stronger than those other people. The difference is body type, some people are just skinny, almost no fat. These people "appear to be muscular" when they work out. People like me, bigger, heavier, more fat, don't show their muscle, but I am very strong in comparison to some of these skinny people. My muscle is completely hidden, in order for it to surface, I need to do toning. Skinny people don't need to tone as much due to their high metabolism and lack of fat.

In conclusion, since there are different breeds of people, we can't all follow the same rules. The same is true for diet, one person who eats a cookie won't gain weight whereas others suffer greatly so when someone says, "It won't hurt to eat a cookie" They are talking about themselves, they are dead wrong to be telling other people what they think applies to all.

The only universal truth I can give about diet is:

A. Eat lean
B. If it tastes good it is bad for you
C. Make sure to eat veggies and fruits

If you only do that, don't anything you enjoy, you will lose weight. You cannot avoid exercise, you need to do both.
