All of my bitching about incompetent employees and people in positions of power that they did not earn or deserve to be in has apparently been defined here. It is called the Peter Principle. I had no idea that this was defined anywhere, but hell now I know what to call it.
I might even dub those people that fit the bill as Peters. Maybe that is the dad from Family Guy is named Peter? It makes 100% sense too.
