So I have been working consistent 12 hour days as of late. I am not happy about it and I need to have a talk with my co worker about it. The problem is there is a strange work dynamic between us that is good and bad. I essentially work longer hours than he does right now and it sucks major donkey dick.
He lives further away than I do which sucks. He has allergies that are bad enough to kill an elephant if a sinus infection could be passed on that way. So it is rough for him to get to work I sympathize because I know what it is like having to make a long shitty commute and having bad allergies.
Anyhow, the main problem I have now is we start working at different times. He starts at 12 and I start at 9. So if there is a problem I need his help with I have at least 12. Worse yet sometimes he doesn't realize something needs to be done until about 6:30 which is quitting time for me. So I get stuck at work from 9 to 9 which fucking sucks...
So it is time to have a chat.
